To sell or not to sell? Update pictures

We put in more time and money. What do you think it’s worth? 1975, new professional paint job inside and out, reconditioned most, no sink/stove, new refrigerator (not installed) newer floor, new headliner, newer countertop, newer professional cushions, newer tires, awning, cover, many replacements.

Why sell? Are you not using it or dont enjoy it anymore?
Reads like you've spent a fair bit of money on it, you may even get your money back with what people are asking for our trailers,,,,
then what?
Hope your happy with your decision either way.

Not sure about that paint job, I see paint on the window framing and the old belly band.

Were the windows removed prior to paint and resealed with butyl tape and any rotten window framing replaced?

My guess would be $10,000 to $12,000.

Interesting critique. So, it was professionally painted white, windows removed, repaired, new framing, cleaned, touched up and reinstalled with butyl tape. Belly band was removed, rubber replaced, and reinstalled with butyl tape. Very clean job. And I dont think there is a single place where paint was anywhere that it shouldn't be.

So we were going to sell but now that its done, we are re-thinking it. We have 2 other argosy campers, one finished, and one not even started on the renovation.

Any other input or critiques? Or anyone interested?

If you love it again, keep it. If not, finish the reefer install and let it go. Not ready to camp really limits the buyer pool to those who can do that install.

Actually, we do love it! It has a very "clean" look and of course anything can pull it. (And by the way, the outside pict in that one picture in the preceding post looks bad compared to what it is now. We cleaned up the butyl tape coming out from behind the windows making sure there were no leaks before finishing the cabin off. We keep it clean and covered.) We got a bigger camper and renovated it. We thought we wanted "bigger" but now, we are rethinking what we want. We have a 24' refurbished Argosy pictured, not all finished but mostly, and a 27', waiting to be refurbished, Argosy. If anyone would like to make a comment from thier first hand experience of which one to keep, I would love to hear your take. Thanks in advance.

It is your door latch that interests me. I have never seen a door knob on a Trillium. Did you do that? Do you like it? Do you have any pictures of the process?

I understand, we decided we wanted more not necessarily bigger.
Full bathroom, queen bed, decent sized fridge etc. Ended up with a small 5th wheel. Great for weekends in the kootenays.
But other than the small bed, we are more comfortable in our boler.
We've spent months at a time in it in southern climbs in the winter.
But, we stay in rv parks with the boler and pretty much any where with the 5th in the kootenays as pullin it distance costs too much.
Each has its gifts.
