made the u dinette out of materials around the house....cut the original table at about 23" from the wall left all the hardware in place so that my U dinette doesn't slide forward......then made a table/backboard for dinnette from a coffee table I found at value village for 10.oo ........Used velcro to keep the table/ backboard from falling forward......rather thn make a cushion I used pillows for the seat and backrest area...dual purpose for when I'm camping and need pillows for sleeping....
