Ultraheat pads for tanks

Hi, I am a complete Newbie and have a question about adding Ultraheat pads to my holding tanks to keep them from freezing in the event we encounter a few sub freezing nights. I have a 2019 Casita Independence Deluxe. Has anyone installed these pads? Is the black tank really molded to the body and not a traditional black tank? Has anyone installed the pads on a fresh water tank between the tank and the flooring?
Thanks in advance, y’all have great ideas and information.

Me, Wintered for 5 years. I put rock salt in the tanks to keep them from freezing.

Did the Rock salt harm the tanks or fiberglass?

No it did not harm anything.

I guess if the tanks were full, the salt would corrode any electric sensors that are in the tank.
