Water Tank Rip-out for Storage/Exterior Access

I don't use my water tank, and saw a trailer at the 2015 Scamp Camp that had done this modification to the space. I thought it was a great idea and did it to my trailer. Planning and preparation took much longer than the quick procedure. She's a beauty hatch hold with crazy amounts of storage.

1- (In Process) After cutting up the oversized, moldy water tank to get it out, I painted the flooring and began the tear-in to the rat fur and "insulation".
2- (After) Ample amounts of storage! This mod easily increases my storage 30% more.
3- Termination Nation. Packed the tank inlet with plumber's epoxy and Life Boat/Life Seal. Nothing is leaking through that old hole. Also cut the dead run of 14-2 (for a pump?) at the seat partition, but left the wire in the middle section of carpet as a pull chase, if I ever decide to hard wire a task light in the storage space in the future. Right now, a battery-operated puck light will help determine what I really need for lighting/usage.
4- Virgin Beauty-before
5- Christening of the shell—cutting the first mod hole by my hands...for her betterment and my practical usage.
6- Sexy hatch results. It looks like the door to a security/bank safe, yes? The hatch is worth more than the contents! (and there's no white gel coat color discrepancy with black).

I purchased the custom boat hatch online.

Or Evian, Fiji or Voss! When the cheese is gone, the hole becomes infinite. We are unlimited.
