Cyndi, Bob K on YahooScampers is going to post pictures of his 5th wheel awning. From what I understand he made a tapered board that he attaches to the backside of the brackets that fills in the gap. The board is "removable" to clean/wash/wax and get the leaves out from behind. When he finally posts some pictures, I'll provide a link. (you need to be a member of YahooScampers to view however). Scamp. I received the brackets when I bought the awning for my trailer, I just haven't put them on...
