Window AC with curved windows (1997 Scamp)

I've looked at several posts about installing a (removable) window AC, many with pics - thanks for posting! My 1997 Scamp 13 has curved sliding windows (see pic). When I insert a rectangular unit in the window there will be small crescent-shaped holes on that one side. Has anyone come up with a way to block air exchange through these? Certainly I could stuff them with rags, but perhaps there is a better looking solution?

You can use pipe insulation or a pool noodle slit lengthwise and placed all around the window. The air conditioner sits on that and it makes a tighter fit.

We used the pipe insulation initially, and switched to the custom design. Both work well. The custom design is more elegant.

I just cut plywood to fit the curves and fill the difference between the straight middle of the window and the outside edge.

I saw this photo of someone's AC installed in a travel trailer window. It was one of the best looking jobs as far as nicely finished wood working of any of this type of project that I have come across on the internet. Unfortunately my windows are just barely long enough to fit an AC into it so I would not have the room for this trim job.

Thanks for the advice! I followed the link in Julie and Jose's post and ordered one of the three remaining units that Dave (Vtec) made last year. My woodworking skills are poor, which goes for my mechanical skills in general, so it was a blessing to find a prefabricated solution!
