Viola! and I just figured out how to attach it!

Square tubing C Clamped to the rear bumper, making and upside down "L" the the short leg goes away from the trailer. Rather that pulling the awning out from the main body of the trailer, attach it to the "L" and run it PARALLEL to the trailer.

Where's my credit card????? They come in red.

Gina,
Do they make one big enough to attach to trees so you could park your Burro under it? Just think how much cooler it would be if it was completely shaded. Please give those beagles a scratch for us.

We'd hoped to make it to Lake Casitas, but family birthday parties, etc. are going to mean missing it for the 3rd year. I'm beginning to think the lake in October is jinxed. Maybe a spring time lake rally would be more do-able.

Alf, the "alternative" is to not have the awning permanently attached to the trialer.. for those of us that look at weight or don't want to put holes in the roof etc.

I've thought about that one. I think I would try usin suction cups on top of the trailer. I've used a suction cup to hold one end of a clothes line to the trailer. Might work to hold this type of awning.

Hi: The awning I saw was a pull through the awning rail type as my Boler one is now and the poles are telescoping alum. so they don't weigh much... Alf S. North shore of Lake Erie
