Cheers to you all, hoping life is treating everyone well.
The 10th annual Algonac Glassic Egg Scramble 2021 is still happening.
Location: Algonac State Park in Michigan's thumb,
Dates: Fri Sept 10-Sun Sept 12. (but many reserve for longer timeframes)

MAP: I will fill out the map as we reserve sites. The state will accept reservations exactly 6 months out from arrival date.
Agenda - Because Covid is still a part of our lives here in 2021, I have not reserved the pavilion as yet. We may still need to maintain social distancing, limiting large groups to 10 or less, using masks, etc so we can all have a fun and safe time together. I will keep monitoring things and maybe hopefully things will improve as the year continues.
So as things stand right now, Rally #10 will be 'Camping Together but Apart'. Large gathering events such as Thursday Dinner Out, the Pot Luck Gift Exchange, and Friday Meet&Greet are on hold as of now. We shall see.
Also, fingers crossed that that we will see our Canadian friends this year.

This sounds like fun. Are there certain campsites that we should try to reserve? We are new to this, so will appreciate your suggestions.
Just purchased our Trillium 4500 a month ago and pulled all our windows today. Nice to plan something fun for late summer.

Steve, if you look at the campground maps that Pam has created for the past few years (search on this website), you will see where attendees reserved spots. Generally at the north end of the riverfront campground clustered around the restroom and out to the river road.

I’ll make my reservation the first day available. I’ve been to all 9 previous and do not intend to miss number 10. I’ll bring either Ann if her health permits or my son John.

Hopefully borders will be open this year and will get some new HC1s and the HCT there ,many new owners in the Midwest hopefully will make it also.

Crossing fingers that our Canadian friends can come this year! We missed you in 2020. (sadness) I’ll get the blank site map uploaded today, and then I’ll will update it as people reserve. Just holler out your site number, camper species, and who’s coming with you!
For those who want to reserve 6 months out from Friday Sept 10, that date to reserve is March 10. Adjust your reservation date forward if you are coming sooner. Looking forward to seeing y’all
