As I post there are about 5 electric sites available. Most non electric are open.

The Mother ship will be the meeting area, Site 40.

Saturday was taken so we plan on arriving on Wednesday

I think Mark and Kate arrive on Wednesday also. site 42. Should not be hard to find them as you will be pretty much alone that night.��

Strange about Saturday night. Unless the park closed the site for some reason it has not yet been reserved. I’ll have to look tomorrow and see if it shows open for new reservation.

We will not be doing any community eating again. Those who want can have smaller group meals at their campsites.

To avoid a $10 cancellation fee you need to cancel 14 days in advance. For most of us that is Aug 26. I have not heard of any cancellations so far.

Please consider wearing masks and keeping 6 feet distant. Our immunity may not be as strong as it was last May and we don’t know how this Delta variant will progress in Minnesota.

Looking forward to seeing folks again.

Here is a paragraph copied from MN DNR website.

“Masks are strongly encouraged for visitors to DNR and other state facilities. For DNR staff, vendors, contractors, volunteers and interns, masks are currently required indoors and also outdoors when social distancing cannot be maintained.”

Kathio said campfires will be allowed for anyone who wants one.

This was such a welcoming group to a newcomer with an older, uglier, boxier trailer from the other side of the continent, and what a nice park! Thank you for your hospitality. I'm sorry I won't be able to make this weekend's gathering. I hope our paths cross again sooner rather than later. Love to all!

Sorry for the delayed response. We thank our fiberglass friends for organizing at this great location, so nice to see everyone again after two years. I think Nancy said the spring meet up would be Mother's Day weekend, this was the first fall rally at Mille Lacs.

Good to hear that Carolyn is recovering at home.
We missed seeing you.

The dates for the May rally are the 5th through the 8th.
Reservations can only be made 120 days before those dates, so the earliest would be January 5th 2022 to make reservations.
