Let them know you are with the Casitas

All reservations will be pencilled in when you email Lightner Creek.
Reservations will be confirmed with payment Due when you arrive. ( If you need to cancel, there is no cancellation fee because you won't have to pay unless you arrive.)

ALL CASITAS WILL RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT FROM THE REGULAR PRICE PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 15% FROM THE DISCOUNTED PRICE FOR RALLY MEMBERS.
PLEASE USE EMAIL TO REGISTER. If you reserve on the website, you won't get the discounts. The website reservation will also charge you a cancellation fee if you need to cancel. Plus, they won't know you will be with the Casita rally and may assign a spot away from the rest of us.

In addition to meeting new Casitians other activities will include:
*A swap meet
*Either a Pot Luck Dinner, or a catered dinner by Serious Texas Barbque.
*A trailer tour showing off all the fantastic mods people have done to make their little eggs unique and oh so cute.
*Of course, there is the Durango/Silverton train ride. I would highly recommend getting reservations ahead of time. (Speaking from experience.)
When new updates/info become available, they will be posted on the
Annual Durango Casita Gathering facebook page.

Hello we are new Scamp owners in Colorado is your rally for Casita owners only we are looking to go to 2 or 3 rallies next year

I tried to sign up for Durango by email and their response was, reservations are not taken until Jan 1, 2022. I do not want to miss this opportunity to join in on the fun. Please let me know if their is anything else I can do at this time. Thanks.

We were accepted then found out it is over $213 for 4 nights. That is a bit to much for us. We just don't spend that much for a campsite. So we cancelled. Sounds fun but not at that price.

We just signed up to attend our first Casita rally June 3-5
Will be bringing Louisiana crawfish & boudin for potluck.
We love Durango and always rent a tandem bicycle over there for a day.

It's getting close to the event and I noticed there has been very little activity/excitement on any forums about this event, it looks like about three of us have made reservations???

We go from Louisiana to Durango once a year and have a great time so am puzzled as to why the lack of interest in this one.

Perhaps the campground reviews or no fires allowed?

I’m attending and excited to see you will be there. I’m traveling through OK and TX, staying out of NM due to the fires. Maybe we’ll meet on the road. Safe travels. MP.

We'll be leaving Lafayette La on Thursday June 2 getting to Durango Friday afternoon. We'll pass through Amarillo and try to make it to Tucumcari NM on day 1, thanks for mentioning the fires, we'll take that into consideration and adjust route if we have to.
Looking forward to meeting other Casita owners!
Our return trip will include a stop in Bentonville Arkansas.
