2022, Sept. 29 - Oct 2: Fall NOG - Northern Oregon Gathering

Once again the NOG is returning to Fort Stevens on the Northern Oregon coast. The last time was Spring NOG 2019.

We're within a few days of the six month reservation window... or you can reserve NOW depending on the first day you plan to be in the park.

We'll start reserving in H and I and then L and M loops. These all have full-hookups. H Loop does NOT have showers, but does have a restroom. Loops M and L have a number of pull-through sites. I've chosen site H10. I'm in the park for eight nights and because of that I want a sewer hookup. IF I didn't, I'd be in either O or N loops. They're really big, nice flat sites! Keep that in mind.

I'll reserve Shelter A at the Coffenbury Lake area for Friday and Saturday. The same shelter used in 2019. There's plenty of parking, the restrooms are right next door. Additionally, there are lights, a few electric plugs, running water and a fire pit in the center of the shelter for the dinner-on-a-stick night (Friday). There are picnic tables in the shelter also. It'll cost $100 to reserve for the two nights. I'll also buy the necessary wood for the fire pit. These costs have already been covered with the prior passing of the hat!

Be sure to checkout everything the Oregon State Park system has to say about the park. Find the information here including reservation information:
https://stateparks.oregon.gov/index....ile&parkId=129

The brochure here will tell you site driveway length: https://stateparks.oregon.gov/index....b%29114020.pdf

AND, check out Campsite photos for a picture of the site you want: https://www.campsitephotos.com/campg...t-stevens-h001

I'll keep list of names going for those that have made reservations at the CasitaForum here: https://www.casitaforum.com/invboard...comment-313376. Because of the size of the park and being spread out, I won't be making a map of sites NOGgers have reserved.

Please post when you've got a site reserved. I'll need this info:
First name of adults attending
City, State where you live
Year/length/brand of trailer
Site number

Be sure to let us know if you're newbies to egg gatherings and everyone start planning/making your name tags.

Woohoo... Fun times ahead!

This may end up being a rally we can make depending on the delivery of our Bigfoot in Portland. It’s estimated in September, but ?

Donna:
Oops, E-161, not Loop C for Jim & Cynthia.
Must have been preoccupied starting to pack?

Hi Donna,
We’re in O-47, we’ve been to one Fiberglass rally in 2014, so I you could consider us newbies. Thanks Sue & Dee Dee

2022 NOG name tags

As a first timer, what’s the protocol on name tags?

Cynthia, it's literally anything you want with your name on it. A button, duck tape with sharpie marker name . We've even seen people that had shirts made with their names on them! This is mine. It's about 4x4 inches and hangs from my neck on a lanyard. I've been wearing this one since 2014, Spring OR Fall. I figure it's my name that's important.... maybe I'll make a new one for Fall NOG. Name tags are really helpful, I'm lousy at remembering names

These are from Escape. Not sure if they are still offered.
They employ a magnet to attach to your shirt, so, NO HOLES.
