I live close in Kentucky. its not but a 2 hr drive. I'm looking to purchase a fiberglass trailer and would love to drive up. Is there any way I could be told when i could just drive up and get to peek at a few and possible stick around for a day. Also which day would be the best? TIA

Hi Kathie,
I'm sure that many of us would be more than willing to let you take a look at out trailers.
The park is VERY popular. It looks like there might be some sites open on Taylor Ridge on Friday, October 8 but Saturday and Sunday it looks like there aren't any sites available. There might be some in the horseman's park but my experience when I came in that gate was that without a horse, it took a LOT of explaining to get in at that gate.

I would say just show up. Most of us will gladly give a lookabout and a lot of information.

Hey there! I'm a bit confused....I didn't talk to anyone today. I drove through the Brown County State Park campground and saw a number of FGRV's. I went to 2 camp sites with FG campers and knocked on the door, but no one answered. I figured everyone went to Nashville or out to dinner. As I was leaving Taylor Ridge campground I saw some people gathered on one camp site but there was no where for me to park and walk over to see if it was the FGRV'ers. Maybe another time, another place.

Sorry I though it was you I spoke with today. It was a lady named Karen with a Casita who was hosting a dinner, cook out or some type of get together tonight. Sorry for the mix up.
