I've had good success baking/roasting with the the Cobb - chicken breasts, pork tenderloin (had to add more charcoal with that), salmon steaks. Grilling burgers I think is better on a regular grill (propane), but have to work on that. Partial to the crispy bits and grill marks, I guess.
I'm hoping to get more use out of it next camping season, but will try to use it this winter outside. Of course, in MN, that means I'll go through more charcoal.
Clean up is fairly easy, especially if you put water in the moat and use Barkeeper's Friend. I like the compact size and carry bag. Less charcoal use means you can carry small containers of charcoal rather than the big bags.
I still have to get used to allowing time for the coals to be ready, tho.
