Hash browns
Hash Browns:wave
10# potatoes Yukon Gold or red , not the mealy baking variety.
3 large onions Walla Walla Vandalia or such.
2# cheese
Salt
Pepper
THIS THE BASIC STUFF
2 Red sweet bell Peppers
1 Jalapeno pepper
This can go on and on to your liking ,Garlic?
Shred spuds, Onions and cheese. Mix with salt and pepper Not too much salt.
I use the vacuum bags but any will do. Put a portion in each bag I do 5 at a time and put them in the microwave on high for 4 min. flatten them out nice and seal and freeze. Now no need for 10# of the same ol same ol. When you have enough of these, shred the sweet peppers and add them and process a few more then add the jalapeno. You can also add ham or cooked bacon or any sausage at any time to make a complete breakfast or any meal. Take them from the freezer run a bit of hot wetter over the bag and place In hot skillet with olive oil or whatever you use for cooking oil. Of course you can leave any ingredient that you don’t like out. ITS YOUR STUFF!!
Although this must be the oficial okra site
NO OKRA!!!!!!!:nono :nono

cleaning the fry pan
dont ask me how .its a guy thing but iam pulling what looks like lillpiece of cheese from my head. i think i used a tad to much cheese
if there can ever be a case . anyway the fry pan had cheese stuck to it so i grabed the sponge with the greeen stuff on one side spong on the other well the green stuff clogged up really fast so i tryed cleaning it cheses proceded to get everywhere in clumps thus makeing it way in to the strainer in the sink cheese mixed with Kat food and breakfast food quickly stoped drianing
so i stared cleaning the strainer i missed the garbage can but dit hit the Kats bowl of water in the floor water bowl in the air cheese and gunck on the floor which i cleaned up with paper towels in the mean time the fry pan still had cheese stuck to it i had cheese coating my hands head and legs and feet . everything is all cleaned up floor is washed stink clean and i well bathed . Now i now where they got the add saying Ahhhh the power of cheese
:cheers
now imagin me and a porto potty at a dump station do i really need to say more!!!!!!!!!

Okra? No-kra!
Lyndon,
As for me, I'll pass on the okra too -- but those hash browns look absolutely dee-lish!
And it's a sure bet that they beat the oil-bombs Mickey Dees passes off as a food source...:sick :xx :sick
Thanks for the inspiration!
(Ronnie, you taking notes?) :wink
