This is from my backpack.

The night before, in a lexan jar, reconstitute a large handfull of dried onions, peppers, and sliced mushrooms covered with water.
In the morning make batter [Iuse ready-mix plus one egg and 1/4 cup powdered milk]
In a small pot reconstitute jar of SALSA from dried leathers, simmer then set asside.
In fripan cook tablespoon veggies in tsp oil with slice crumbled precooked bacon.I like to add a pinch of chili pepper.
Add 1/4 cup batter
When turned add small handfull grated cheese[I use Kraft Texmex]
when ready and cheese melts turn out onto plate and cover with Salsa.
Watch the smiles. Bet you can't cook em fast enough!
