Open/remove labels from 2 cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk... Cover with alum. foil and place cans in a casserole dish... Add enough boiling water to almost cover cans and cover casserole with lid... Bake @ 425* 2hrs adding more boiling water to maintain the level if necessary.... Cool cans slightly on a rack... and scoop out the most delicious Caramel sauce... If too thick thin with a little Rum... Yummy
