along with waffles ,,,,and bacon... one of our staple camping foods is corn muffins. i have corn cob shaped iron muffin pans. and sometimes we use other things for corn bread pans. but! i just saw something at miejers i thought was cool.
they have cupcake cookers. its like an electric waffle maker,,, but makes cup cakes.
those would be perfect for cornbread,breakfast muffins,,,and of course cuppy cakes too.
and not use up a burner while your cooking dinner. and pretty small for storing.
oh,,,ever mix whole corn in with your corn bread mix? i love it that way,,,but wifey doesn't
