I am starting to aquire a taste for the stuff. Both my daughters studied Japanese, and when the younger returned from a trip there she had me buy a variety of brands/types until we found a "good" one. I found that I could enjoy the "Traditional Japanese Style" made by PacSoy as part of a spicy noodle bowl. But recently, when I was poking around in the fridge looking for I quick lunch, I just dragged out some plain tofu of the same type, and figuring calories is calories, I wolfed it down plain. The surprise was, I kinda liked it.

Okay!! I admit, I have not tased this tofu stuff. I've heard there is no taste, so if I mixed it with the okra, I might like it. :)

Tofu

We eat tofu about 2 to 3 times a week at our house. We love it marinated and then grilled or in a stirfry. But then what do I know... I love okra too.
