looks great!

I'm ashamed to say our Scamp is languishing again- still need to finish securing the new floor and put up the new wall vinyl and reassemble everything. It's just been so hot... looking like fall camping.

Hi Dudley,
Really nice spare tire cover! At first I could not make out the image. Now I understand. I had not seen hollow chocolate eggs with surprise toys in them until I visited Italy over Easter recently. Amazon.com : Perugina Milk Chocolate Easter Egg - 8.68 Ounces : Chocolate Candy : Grocery & Gourmet Food (Wow! There they are on Amazon!)These novelties are very popular there and some eggs are a foot across or more! For some reason we were not allowed to bring or mail them home to the U.S. Read this article on the Italian eggs. Italy's Chocolate Easter Eggs: Big, Bold And Full Of Bling : The Salt : NPR

Perhaps I've just overlooked these hollow eggs here, but truly I've never seen them. Are they popular in Canada? As a kid I do remember panorama sugar eggs with a surprise peek hole in them. 'Don't see those anymore. Easter Panorama Sugar Eggs, Panoramic Easter Egg Candies, Victorian Easter Candy on Blumchen.com

didn't know until now, Kinder eggs are not allowed in the USA as that are considered a choking hazard. They are from Italy I think but are available everywhere in Canada. Really don't like the taste of the chocolate though.

You realize that "This is That" is a "news" satire radio show. They take stuff that is true and then bend it for humour.

Nah. Just leave it. No harm.
I mean you can't or couldn't ( I think the egg was changed for U.S. import ).

Paint types

Does anyone have any recommendations on the type of paint to use on a black (Vinyl?) spare tire cover. Oils, Acrylics?? I am thinking about brightening it up. Thanks.

Hi: Scouter Dave... Here's a pic of one I had done for our former Boler. The sign writer used One Shot sign paint I think!!! 1 Shot and Chromatic Paints He charged me $65. and thought it was a hoot.

I cut off the tops of these and fill with no-bake cheesecake and a passion fruit or mango sauce for the yolk. Great dessert for a rally, because I make them ahead and freeze them. They're just right by the time of the pot luck.

And they're the size of real chicken eggs.
