Popped up

It's a pop-up camper, note the lift cables in the post#1 image.
If the top is lifted quickly enough the momentum can lift the base box off the ground. A suitable high shutter speed on the camera allows capturing the moment of 'wheels-up' without image blur.

I thought about the possibility of it being hooked up behind a low-rider tow car but the lack of high speed hydraulics on the axle ruled that out.

It's not necessary to be right, just persuasive.

This is funny.

When I look at the post using Firefox, there's no image in the first post, so I made a joke about towing with a Fiat.

Now that others have posted, I figured out that there must be an image in the first post, so I fired up the dreaded/evil Chrome and there it was!

So, admins, be aware that people running Firefox might not see images in posts.

No Firefox issue here

I'm running Firefox 105.0.3 on a 64 bit windows platform. No issues
