I love to watch the Victoria's Secret styleshow with Pam.

It was on last night ... Did any of you see it?

It always gives me another "hint" as to what to get Pam for Christmas!

"Wow! You'd look good in that."

Silence

"Oh ... how about that in red instead of black?"

Dead silence

Since she already has several pairs of wings from prior Christmas's and previous Victoria Secret shows ... and I was obviously getting a cold shoulder ... I felt compelled to ask "Honey, is something wrong?"

"How would you like it if I ogled a bunch of scantily-clad men on tv," Pam asked. (She's not computer literate ... or she'd have realized that I don't "ogle" the various models ... I google them.)

"How would you like it if I ogled their 6-pack abs," she continued, obviously aware that my most recent "get in shape" pledge had failed.

"Pam," I replied. "I wouldn't mind if you ogle some other man's '6-pack' on tv ... no ... some guy's '6-pack' could not possibly compare to my 'pony keg' abs!"

Charles, I think you're doing a FINE job of working out! There's those superior biceps from "12 ounce" curling exercizes; the pec and deltoid development potential of working the refrigerator door so you can do another "12 oz curl". The situps from getting out of your chair to go to the fridge... of course getting out of the chair also works those quads... there's the aerobic benefit too, if you keep the beer in the fridge in the basement!

I think you may have just hit on the next fitness craze!

pony keg abs, indeed...

Roger

But be careful, when you spend too much time in your Casita, you lose the aerobic benefit of trips to the fridge / potty.

They're only two steps away in the Casita!

>>aerobic benefit too, if you keep the beer in the fridge

Roger ... good advice ... but how's that going to help me?

Pam usually the one who gets up and get me a beer outta the fridge ... and she's already in pretty good shape.

>>fridge in the basement

Then Pam would be in better shape!

I try to avoid stairs at all costs ... let alone trying to climb stairs and carry beer. That's why I got married!

Jeremy>>two steps

Right on Jeremy. I often tell folks I'm more comfortable in our little fiberglass rig than I am in our house.

I mean, what more could a man want?

I have a bed, sink, refrigerator, microwave, toilet, wife, dog, food and drink all within arm's reach.

Talk about heaven on earth!
