Hey, Jim- you must be on my Mother-in-Law's e-mail group list, too...you seem to get the same stuff she sends me! 
I always check them out, though- this one's been around since at least 2004, and according to Snopes, there's no evidence that it ever happened- though maybe it should have!

I have seen the Sewage Siphon story before but I never thought it through as to where they would have to try to stick the syphon hose.
