Can anyone tell me if you can edit a title on a post?

I know you can edit the body of the post but can you edit the title?
I've searched, but cannot find the answer.

I'd be happy to help with this - just let me know what you need or alternatively, hit the report post button on the post or thread in question and then you can send a note asking for the change. That note will automatically include the location of the problem post.
