Covid-19 New temporary topic area

Folks we've opened a new Forum area specifically for Coronavirus related content. You can find it here: https://www.fiberglassrv.com/forums/f100/

We'll keep this area open as long as it seems needed or reasonable and ask that you keep all discussions about this topic in this section of the forum. We are taking this unusual step so that RVers and especially those currently on the road on the road can find good info in one location.

This will help folks who are interested read current discussions and help those who aren't interested ignore them.

If you are an app user, you may need to logout, restart the app and then log back in before the new forum will appear for you.

Wash your hands...

How to ignore New topic area

For those who don't want to read the new forum or view this content:

If you go to that forum section and select the thread tools menu (drop down) you can "ignore" the forum. The threads will not appear in the new posts feed and several other places. You can still go directly to that section however if you want to read...

will the forum administrators relocate posting that are related to this subject over to the new section? That will of course be tedious but most likely quite necessary. There are already several such postings.

Looks like that's already been done.

Not everything got moved. After blocking the new forum, I landed right back into an ugly exchange on the Michigan camping thread. Oh, well.

Colorado stay-at-home order.

On Wednesday, Gov. Jared Polis issued a mandatory stay-at-home order for all residents of Colorado, to take effect Thursday, March 26 at 6 a.m. and to last through April 11 unless rescinded or modified. (Read the full text of the state order.)

Under the executive order, residents must remain at home, and only leave their home to engage in activities or perform tasks critical to their health and safety, or to the health and safety of their family or household members or to go to or return from "critical work."

According to the order, residents can leave their home to:

Obtain food and other household necessities for themselves and their family or household members.
Deliver those services or supplies to others, such as, food, pet supply, other household consumer products, and products or equipment necessary to maintain the safety, sanitation, and critical operation of a residence.
To engage in outdoor activity, such as, walking, hiking, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, biking or running. For purposes of outdoor activity, state parks will remain open to the public to engage in walking, hiking, biking, running, and similar outdoor activities but all playgrounds, picnic areas, other similar areas conducive to public gathering, and attended areas shall be closed.
To perform work for critical industries.
To care for a family member, a vulnerable person, or pet in another household, or to care for livestock kept at a location other than an individual's home.
To seek medical care

Flatten the curve

Pennsylvania now in lock down status, no travel except for supplies. I doubt going down the highway with a trailer behind would qualify as a supply trailer? On the bright side, Seniors Rock, more than 50% of those within the state that are sick are less then the age of 50???

yes - if you see one of these threads, please hit the report post button and ask to have it relocated.

We moved some threads but likely missed others.

When are we going to get the popcorn emoji? It seems like everytime there's a dust-up on the other forums, someone will post the popcorn emoji!
