Dates on posts

What happened to the date line in the threads? Hard to tell now how old the topic is.

It is there, you just can not see it too easily!!

If it's really important, you can drag over the blue bar and the date displays. At least that's the way it works with the Default skin:

I don't think we can expect any improvements to the old "Default" skin. People will need to migrate to "2.0" - although I'm not quite sure why or when this changed on the Default. (I'm on the iPhone app and the Default does not display dates in the way Donna's pics show them.)

OK! So I switched back to the 2.0 version from the default style and it works....BUT... I sure can't spend much time here anymore. Awfully hard on the old eyes. Grrrr!

Sounds like a "pick-up line" but anyhoo.....

For me the date line is displayed in yellow/orange with black lettering - very easy to see/read

In the old (default) version, I have no dates displayed. In the new (annoying) 2.0 version, I have dates, though hard to read, in the mustard yellow bar above the posts.
I use Mozilla Firefox. Perhaps that makes a difference?

James, If you dim down your viewing screen, the 2.0 version is easier to read. It cuts down on the glare from the higher contrast.

Well I've been clikkin' and draggin' and voila, there are dates to be had. Thanks all. You guys have made it a fun thread helping an old guy get it done.

FWIW, our tech people have reduced the contrast on the white screen of the 2.0 skin. (I thought I was just getting used to it, but actually, they've been working to make it nicer for us.)
