No, but you need to switch to the full website interface rather than the default mobile interface from a phone or tablet, and it can get tedious on a small screen.
Scroll down to the bottom and look for a link that says "View Full Site." Click it, then find "User CP" in the blue task bar and look for "Edit Email and Password."
Once you're done, you'll need to manually switch back to the mobile interface. Scroll down again and look for a little white oval that now says "FGRV 2.0" Click it and you can toggle back to the mobile interface.
