I'm writing for help for a friend. He purchased a Casita recently. I told him about this website. He hasn't been able to master the way to effectively register.

He says he keeps getting the message that his e-mail name is already taken. Or his password is already taken. In any event, he is confused and frustrated. I told him I would report his situation to the webmaster and ask for help.
