Hover to Expand Needs to Go

Though I know there may be a need to allow advertising on the site, how about we disallow 'Hover to Expand Ads'. I'm really getting tired of beach choices taking up my whole screen. At the very least require a long enough hover to really indicate a choice.

The visitflorida.com starts loading as soon as your cursor crosses the border. You don't have to hover over the button. I find it intrusive and annoying.

Thanks.

(PC and Firefox, ISP supplied scam/virus protection)

I use the old version (not sure if it makes a difference) and I have no trouble with expanding ads.

Every time one of those videos pop up in the ads on the right column what ever I'm doing, reading or typing, it goes to the top of the heading and it's driving me NUTS.

I first thought I was having problems untill I noticed it was only happening here.

I don't see any ads on any site - use all adblock entensions, and pop up blocker

I use AdBlock Plus. Zero ad problems, and it's free:

Is that just Hoover missing one O?! Maybe you could just Hoover (vacuum) up those ads and they wont appear again!

Try the FGRV app, no ads there.

Just keep your mouse off the ad's image, at least that works with Safari & a Mac. I live with the ads, both because they pay for this "free" site, and I admit to using them on my site to pay for the cost of keeping the site on line. It would be a bit facetious for me to use ad blocker...
