How Do I Start a New Thread in the Scamp Forum?

When I am in the Manufacturers/Scamp forum and press New Thread it takes me to a page to choose the forum to post into. I see no options for the Scamp forum. Please help!
Thankyou!

Take a look at the Scamp page under manufacturers now. The thread title of your request for information about posting there is indexed there. Site designers throw in these little tests to keep us on our toes. I understand the source of confusion.

Incidentally, it's best to post this sort of query in General Chat or maybe Owners Helping Owners sub forums rather than in News and Forum Announcements. Not to worry; someone will move it for you.

I must be dense

Thanks for the reply Jack but I must be dense. I still do not know how to get the new thread into the Scamp forum based upon the possibilities that come up for forums to post into????

I usually go to the main forum, then make an appropriate post under what it should be like owners helping owners, mods etc...
http://www.fiberglassrv.com/forums/

if You type "Scamp" in the title it will then pop up under manuf of scamp but also under the right forum heading

There is no this-site-based forum section specifically for Scamp or any other particular brand. The links to the various brands offer information specific to them, but for discussion one must choose from the more general forum areas.

There are a few brand-specific forums offsite- there's at least one Casita forum, and an Escape forum- there may be others, though I don't know if there's one for Scamps.

But they're not part of this particular website.

Thank you!

I think I get it. The manufacturer's section Scamp is a compilation of postings placed in other forums which automatically post into this section as well.

Too bad there is no explanation of this on the site that I could find to help people.

Thanks so much for your assistance.

Yes! I couldn't say it with your economy and precision. Be sure to place the word "Scamp" in the thread title. The indexing spider won't see "Skamp" or "Scamper."

There's another way to insure that threads will appear in specific brands and/or search groups:

The word "Scamp" (or any other) can also be added as a "tag" to any thread, but only by the O.P. (That tool appears at the bottom of the page when composing/posting a new thread.)
