How do I Submit a photo for the home page?

It is a beautiful sunset and a great photo. However, I think for the Home Page we need a more recognizable egg of whatever species.

How about submissions and either let members input or just have Moderators and Admin pick?

IMHO they should use the home page album... there's almost two hundred beautiful camping pictures to view! Most members have never even seen them: Home Page Album. But, what do I know.
