iPad app: quit asking if I want it

How do i get this site to stop asking me to get the iPad app? Yes I'm currently on an iPad, and no I don't want the app.

I'm used to having Do Not Ask Again as an option on my Mac.

Just bought an Amazon Fire. Love the little gadget; it is just enough larger than my phone that reading books on the L train in Chicago will be enjoyable and not a worry about my iPad being snatched from my hands and stolen on a stop. HOWEVER, every time I turn it on, there is an advertisment. That really irritates me. Just start the little thing, please! No adds. I wonder if there is a way to set it up differently. Will explore.

Here is the problem. This list stays running based on its ability to sell ads.

Obviously the more mobile users of the app the list owner can point to, the easier it is for them to sell ad space.

Low volume ad sales translates to no list.

So you get to choose to either down load the app so its stops asking you to or put up with its nagging you to do so ;-)

Go to the bottom of the page and select FGRV 2.0
After a while it stops asking.
