Need log in help

[Al and Cindy K]

I created a new account using a different email address to post this.

I have been a member here for several years but cannot sign on to this site with the email address associated with the 'Al & Cindy' user ID I've always had. I get the message:

"You have entered an invalid email or password. Please press the back button, enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!"

I've tried resetting the password to no avail.

I am able to sign on to the 'campground views' and 'rv trip wizard' sites with the email address associated with the 'Al & Cindy K' ID.

Help from members, mods or ????????? would be appreciated. I'll check for PM's back to this new ID if anyone should wants to contact me that way and will also check this thread for responses.
