Could be a security setting. On mine I need to turn off ad blocker for the site when searching.

Easier yet just search via google such as Trillium door repair fiberglass RV forum.

FWIW, this is the method I use on any forum.

I agree with Bill.. just use google.. BUT do yourself a favor and take a little time to study the search options... for example:
https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/2466433
And use "site:fiberglassrv.com" to limit your search to only this website.
Once you become fairly adept at internet searching you can find an amazing amount of information.

How is that different than just using the bottom box in the search menu on the forum?

I believe that using that Google search box at the bottom of the search menu on this site is the exact same thing as as going to google.com and entering the same basic search terms ALONG WITH the filter expression "site:fiberglassrv.com"

However my suggestion was to learn the additional options listed in the link, including the example of "-monoxide" that I mentioned a few hours ago.

I will confess.. I do not know if all of the search criteria work the same at google.com as it does at the "enhanced by Google" option on this site. But a quick experiment seemed to produce different results, so I suspect it does not.

I know how how to use Google.com so thats where I do my searches.

I suspect that all your previous Google searches influence the algorithm that determines what you see as results.

The "difference" is it works on any forum you may visit. So rather than learn a special way to search each different forum, you can do it generically. So its a one size fits all answer.

I am on a F150 forum and a vintage hifi forum for examples. I just search them the same way, via google.
