threads being forwarded to e-mail

Please help moderator
I will be leaving for a long trip, and somehow, now these replys to threads are showing up in my email box.
I wish to be removed from this so when I return i will not have a mail box of stuff, can you fix my profile? Or is this new with the software upgrade?

I shut off the 'subscribe to thread' feature just days ago, now I forget some of what I did. But I can get you started. Click on "User CP" at top left of page. This opens a page with your subscribed threads, and on the bar to the left look toward the bottom till you see "subscribed threads". I think somewhere in ther you can tell it not to subscribe to any threads any more.
