Unable to Navigate with the Back Button

IE 7 running on Vista Business. I cannot navigate out of a forum with the back button. On some occassions using the back button three times will take me back one level. Usually have to go to the recent web page drop down list and find a link that will work. That is where the HTTP Error 404 - Not found shows up.

Try the unclicking the "show friendly http errors" fix, then restart IE
