Ventura Brochure in Documents

Since I have been a member, I have tried aboutn4 times to download the Ventura owner's manual. Each time, when I click on the download button, I have had the following message pop up: Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly. You must wait 59 seconds before you may download another file. This is the only file I am downloading and I click only once.
Is there something else I am doing wrong?

I'd love to get hold of that owners manual also, did you have any luck finding it?
