Wassup with.....

On several occasions now I have encountered an issue when I try to post

I just now tried to post on the thread about "Escape money well spent"?

I replied to the effect that you need to weigh your priorities and consider a bunch of things like........

When I hit "send' it said that I am NOT logged in. So I backed up one step and found that it said that I am logged in as BCDave (etc) so I returned to my post and hit "send" again. Same result. So I saved my text, logged in again, and tried again, only to get a screen that said it cannot be done as I was already logged in.

"Oh gosh, golly, gee whiz" (and other words to that general effect) were uttered and I logged off.

This has happened before - is there a "glitch" in the system?

Not sure what the issue is, I logged in months ago and do not have to do it unless I log out. There is no "send" button, just "post reply" or "post quick reply" down below,(2 areas to post responses to) Which block are you replying in? This reply came from below.

BCDave - it's possible that your system is purging cookies at page changes. This is often the case when your security settings are very high. We use cookies to keep you logged in at page changes. You may want to allow an exception for the site in your security settings.

When it happens to me i just have to wait a few minutes. I don't know if it's my ISP or some server in between that has a hiccup.

I just ran into a thread about brakes that was just started 12-15-11 and it is now "Closed". What is with that?

The whole last page is gone too. I had just posted, what I think was a nice response, so I'm not sure if the thread was seen as out of hand but we all were clearing up any misconceptions.

Thanks. Obviously I could have missed a post while I was writing mine but I thought all parties did a good job with civility and concerted efforts were made to make intentions clear. If you all have any questions feel free to ask.
