Any one been to these Tenn. State Parks?

We are going to be in Tenn. in August and plan on staying at
1.) Norris Dam State Park and 2.) Harrison Bay State Park

Was wondering if anyone has stayed at one or both of these state parks and give some insite to them or to the general area itself.
