Boondocking Krum TX

I'm going to be in the Krum TX area for the next month. Leaving my 17' Bigfoot at home and taking my 25' Bigfoot this time. If any members have had experience boon docking or low cost monthly camp sites in the area I would like to hear about your experience. Thank you in advance.

I live southwest of Krum , nice little town . I’m not sure about boondocking area but I do know their are several small RV parks in the area . Krum , Ponder , Justin , Sanger are all small towns with RV parks . Most of these towns are farm and ranch communities that are being rapidly developed. Hope you find what your looking for .
The wife and I are looking at Bigfoot 25 series travel trailers and only recently saw one in person. We were impressed by it and will hopefully be getting one once our 5thwheel is sold . Love to know what you have and how you like it .

Safe travels

I had a 25’ Bigfoot and loved.it for its 4 season capability. Camped in -20C with hot running water and full tanks. I now have the 28’ with a slide out and like it better for the added space. Tonight -8 and no water issues and plenty warm. I also have a 17 foot from 1984 with minimal insulation and have camped in -5C weather. Again plenty warm as it has a great furnace and water tank is in the living area not the basement

Didn’t know Bigfoot made a slide out ? We are looking at the 25 with twin beds , recliners and front storage.

Bigfoot no longer makes a slide out in a pull trailer. Not since about 2008
