After a few days layover in Lancaster, PA we headed up to New England to see more family outside of Boston. We stayed north of Pittsfield at Mt Greylock campground . We mistakenly jumped on the Taconic Parkway (no RVs allowed!) but a helpful motorist waved us off. Got in late and left early so not much to report there. We took the scenic route the next morning up to Bennington, VT . Terrific breakfast at the Blue Benn Diner, pro tip - arrive early! Made our way across VT and into NH, then south into MA to Boston Minuteman Campground in Littleton. What a jewel, maybe our best ever private campground experience. I noticed my 2" ball coming loose and borrowed a very big wrench from campground maintenance.
Propane refills are about $16. Very friendly staff, clean facilities and decent sized campsites (for a private campground). Highly recommended.
