Do it in the Woods, Maiden Voyage
Well, two months of work...had no 12 volt system, no furnace, no plumbing, leaks everywhere. Now have a 12 volt system, plumbing, and lots of caulk! And a BIG TARP! Nothing will stop me from Camping!!!!
It's a need! Spring on little NorthCreek. If you have to work on your camper, why not do it in the woods. Enjoy Mother Nature! HA!

Beautiful photographs. It looks like you had a great time.
Your CT looks great - you even have the original decals, and hubcaps.

Over those few days, I put up "As seen on TV" Magic Mesh for the door screen( it's too big so you have to cut to fit. Works great! Put drip edge strip over side windows and door, did additional scrapping off old caulk and recaulking. Still leaks, so I guess it must be coming from the seam on the roof. But enjoyed the stay! Don't ya just love spring!

Beautiful setting and pictures!
Regarding your leaks, I assume you've been working on sealing the windows. From my experience, the center ceiling seam rarely leaks, but it might be the ceiling vent fan or the bolts from the solar panel. Are you able to sit inside when it rains and find any path of running water? You might have to remove the ceiling carpet strip down the middle to see all the roof area. Water has a nasty habit of traveling quite a distance from the source of origin and can be tricky to track down. If it's raining hard, you can sit in the dark and use a flashlight to pick out shiny paths that indicate moving water. Give a few more clues as to where you're finding the puddling water and we may be able to give some more suggestions. There are lots of UHaul owners out there who have had leaks!

Yes, mine was leaking from two of the six bolts that hold on the solar panel.
Over time, I'm sure Diane will find and fix all the leaks.

Kevin, It leaks along the curbside inside wall just below the curbside window and then drains to the area of the converter in curbside rear. I can feel it on the inside of the wall and see it under the window inside of cabinet.
Have caulked everything, so I do not have a clue to the source. Thanks for your advice.

My tarp is 16 x 20 and is at least 15 years old. I have patched it with duct tape. HA! Can't remember where I bought it. Most of my camping gear is a collection of other people's trash and my treasure, or yardsale.
I have a pic of the chairs under the chair forum that someone through out and I saved. Have been using them for 20 years and they were already 30 years old when I got them. They are great! Retro.

Yes I cleaned the weep holes in one window, on the other windows the PO has caulked over with something black. Has to be something on the roof. I removed old caulk, cleaned the surface and recaulked with better stuff.
