Egg Sightings

We took a trip up to Roan Mountain TN June 27-29th. We saw a Oliver on the way up on Hwy 81, a Casita in the town of Hampton, and a Scamp on 231 on the way home.

Hi, Craig! Always exciting to see a fellow glasser on the road. I bumped into John Oliver at our local grocery store a few years back. He was on a solo hunting trip, small Ollie in tow behind a Nissan Frontier. That was cool!

Just a heads-up... we have a long-running thread for molded fiberglass sightings in the wild here: https://www.fiberglassrv.com/forums/...21472-197.html. It hasn't been too active recently so you may have missed it.

If you haven’t found it yet, the “site search/google” option at the bottom of the search menu is the best way to access tons of great information buried in old threads. Don’t bother with the first search box- it’s an internal site feature that uses a hopelessly rudimentary algorithm.

In fact, that’s how I located the “Sightings” thread.

Well, happy searching then! I love the mountains of eastern TN and western NC, BTW. Used to visit regularly growing up in MD. Don’t get there very often since moving to AZ after college.

We love the mountains here too. We are big time backpackers. the only hiking in Arizona so far has been the Grand canyon looking forward to more areas.
