Elkmont advice?

We're going to camp at Elkmont (Great Smoky Mountains National Park) in November just before that
campground closes for the season.

We've narrowed the sites down to along the Little River in the
generator-allowed section (C section).

Has anyone here stayed there enough to know the which campsites are the
best (waterfront, views, etc.)? If so, let me know.

Bob,
C1, C2 and C3 are river side. Others ones on the river are D6, E3, E8 and in the F section; F1, F3, F5 and F6. You will enjoy watching the water flow from any of these. I plan to be there October 20th to 24th, F3.

You will love any river sites in Elk Mont.
