Ga mountain stream camping?

I am looking for a camping site on a mountain stream or river with these features:

Shady sites with a little space between (maybe some shrubbery)
Not interested in fishing; just want pretty
A park or private campground that has rangers or is closely monitored
Electricity and water would be nice
Clean bath house with shower
Located in NE Ga or adjoining states

Any suggestions?
