Greyland WA at the beach..

Got back today from a 3 day weekend at Grayland WA.. although the weather wasnt the best the first 2 days ... the sun did come out on Sat... One thing i can say.. is when your on the beach... look left.... nothing but flat sand and water..... look to the right... nothing but sand and water...LOL You can walk for miles.... losts of birds were flying in formation.. they werent Seagulls tho ?? Two deer showed up right in my campsite. I got a pic but they took off.. I got this one pic but its not to good. Grayland State park is a really nice place to stay. Westport isnt to far away.. so went there to do alittle birthday shopping and have a nice dinner. All n all it was a good weekend. but glad to be home.

We had a great time at Grayland Beach State park last summer! One day just sand as far as you can see, the next day tons of seaweed and other stuff to explore washed up on the beach. Note the coat on my little one though, it was August and not very warm, although I think we made it down to sweatshirts the next day
We are booked for 4 days in August and are staying on the dunes this time (nice new bathroom/showers in this section of the park) The Long Beach kite festival is going on at the same time and we will make the trek south to take a look.
