Kansas Flint Hills -Teter Rock and the Wild Mustangs

I recently spent a couple of days boondocking at a remote area in the Kansas Flint Hills observing thousands of wild mustangs that have been relocated from BLM land in Nevada.

Teter Rock proved to be a great location to observe both the beauty of the area and the mustangs.

Rob, great trip report! I can (and have!) spend hours looking at all of the pictures and trip reports on your website. I see you have BAL "C" jacks on the corners, what model number did you use? Thanks, Bob

Thanks, Bob. I am a big fan of BAL products. I use the 19" length model which seems ideal for my Casita. I like the connecting channels between the jacks for additional stability.

Model 23219 BAL "C" 19" Jack - 5000 lb. capacity
Model 23205 - 42" Connecting Channels
Model 23200 - Optional Footpads

Thanks, Tony. If you get a chance on your Minden trip, a great place to visit is the
Niobrara National Scenic River in Northern Nebraska. It was a real eye opener when I visited it last year.

If you're in northern Nebraska, stop and see Fort Robinson State Park. Old cavalry fort, site of Cravy Horse's dead, little theater company, museum, camp sites, WW II POW camp, etc.
