A few weeks ago we camped at New River State Park NC just off of RT 221, not too far from Jefferson NC. We camped on an electric campsite for $25 per night with a NC Senior discount. Folks were hiking, bicycling, and rafting there. We enjoyed exploring the area.

We also camped earlier this week at Bandit's Roost Army Corp of Engineers campground. Used our National Park Senior discount card for $15 per night for a site with water and electricity. Many folks fish, boat, Kayak, hike, and bicycle at this campground. We explored the Blue Ridge Parkway.
