Our first trip in the Scamp

Well,we took our new to us Scamp out for the first time yesterday and had a blast. We were surrounded by huge campers that took forever to setup and packup. It only took us a few minutes. We were surprised by the amount of attention these campers get.We had the only egg type camper there and the camp ground was pretty much full.

Congrats, neat looking rig and campground. Lake Wateree State Park, I had to look that one up, wasn't sure where Winnsboro was either, turns out to be South Carolina, neat.

I noticed the lack of rivets in your egg, which should make a really water tight shell. Very cool.

Isn't it fun watching those guys with the big rigs or the pop-up guys setting up and packing up. Good entertainment. But then it doesn't take much to entertain me. I can enjoy watching the ripples on the lake.

Glad you had a great time.

Very Pretty! I love seeing the leaves coming out. And the front window on your Scamp opens, which is really nice also.
Happy Trails,
Marjie

so, so true! I prefer the woods over any other type of camping. Just the smell of fresh air.
