I’m wondering if November is too late for a National Parks/State Parks camping trip in southern Utah. We would be coming from Wisconsin.
On one hand, it might be easier to get reservations, and it wouldn’t be very hot. (We don’t have
air conditioning.)
On the other hand, it looks like many campgrounds are already closed by then. And we don’t have a
furnace either, so without
electrical service to run our little electric heater, we might find it too cold.
Also, one way or another, we have to cross the Rockies. Would that be problematic in November?
