What's fun on my way

I'm planning a trip to Estes park Colorado for next summer, was wondering if anyone knew of anything fun to see or cool to do on my way, my directions are taking me 405 - 90 - east 82 - east 84 - east 80 - south 25

I think ill be going thru some cool places ive never been hoping for some help on where to stay perhaps and waht is cool to see. Im thinking im taking the trailer but well see. Ive never done a trip so far before and it will surely be a challenge.

I am not familiar with that specific route but there are other options depending on how you expect to return. #15 north can take you into the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone, #25 north and #14 west can access Yellowstone from the east gate,,#25 north and #85 can lead into the Black Hills and Mount rushmore.
